    been all of those characters you mentioned (including, also,
    Bruiser Mastino in WCW), "Kane" hasn't technically been
    exclusively Glenn Jacobs. Remember, Drew Hankinson donned
    the Kane persona against Glenn Jacobs' Kane at Vengeance.
    Also, for a couple minutes, Mark Calaway used the Kane
    gimmick (to wrestle Triple H and fool Mr. McMahon).
    Pointless, I know, seeing as Jacobs has been the only "true"
    Kane, but technically it's true. ;-)
